Dev Obtains $15.5M Loan for Midwood Residential Project
Developer, , has just obtained a $15.5 million construction loan for an approved 8-story residential project, set to rise at 618 Avenue H in Midwood, Brooklyn. Financing was issued by S3 Capital Partners.
The new building will contain rental apartments and 437 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar as well as both open and enclosed parking areas, with enough room for vehicles combined. Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet.
