Developer Acquires Land for New Apartment Community in Spring Hill for $4.35 Million
LIV Development, a Birmingham, Alabama-based developer has acquired 31.5 acres of land in Spring Hill, Florida for $4.35. LIV is planning to build a new apartment community, Livano Nature Coast. Located in Spring Hill, FL, one of the fastest growing suburbs Hernando County Florida, Livano Nature Coast's unique location provides residents the perfect blend of semi-rural living and big city attractions. Livano Nature Coast with feature larger units with the average unit size being over 1,000 square feet. The project will consist of 348 apartment units in 11 three-story garden style walk up buildings and three, two story carriage buildings. The project will have a standalone clubhouse and fitness center with 10,000+ square feet of interior community space, a Livano Workplace, an outdoor lounge amenity with kitchen, a large resort style pool and amenity courtyard, and a pool deck with grilling stations and fire pits.
