Developer Acquires Land for Two Rivers Development for $15.1 Million
Tampa developer Eisenhower Group has acquired 460 acres of land along the Hillsborough/Pasco County border for $15.1 million for the Two Rivers. Eisenhower Group purchased over 2,000 acres surrounding Hillsborough River State Park in northern Hillsborough County for $35 Million in February2024. The plans for the development show the land on the south side of the Pasco County border will be developed into Stewards at Two Rivers. The Stewards will be comprised of three villages that will include a private county club with recreation, amenities and spa along with estate homes. Additionally, Eisenhower will expand its Two Rivers community in Pasco County south of the border into Hillsborough County. The project is in the design phase with plans to open in 2025.
