Developer Announces Groundbreaking on 290 Apartments in Aventura
AMAC announced on June 7th the groundbreaking of their development located at 17990 West Dixie Highway. The groundbreaking comes approximately one year after the site was purchased, and only one week after the developer scored a $67 million construction loan from Ocean Bank.
Aventura Park is planned to rise 8 stories and include 290 apartments, 1,450 square feet of retail space, and a 6-story parking garage. Amenities will include a pool and a dog park.
