Developer Breaks Ground on 290 Apartments in Aventura
AH West Dixie Property Owner LLC, a joint venture between New York-based Arbor Management Acquisition Co and Miami-based ROVR Development, broke ground on Aventura Park, a 290-unit apartment development located at 17990 W Dixie Highway. AMAC expects to complete construction in the first quarter of 2024.
Aventura Park is planned to rise 8 stories and include 290 apartments, 1,450 square feet of retail space, and a 6-story parking garage. Amenities will include a pool and a dog park.
