Developer Closes on Land for Tampa Mixed-Use Development
California-based developer Legacy Partners has closed on the land for a new mixed-use development in Tampa’s urban core. Legacy 7th Avenue will bring 236 apartment units and 4,600 square feet of retail space to Tampa’s urban core. The six-story building will be located between Ybor City and The Heights. The apartment community will offer a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments along with ground-level retail space along 7th Avenue. A parking garage will provide 453 parking spaces.
