Developer Estimates Completion in Q3 2023
The developer of Palmetto Industrial Park, Stonemont Financial, has indicated that completion is estimated in Q3 2023. Construction has started and the steel is on-site at the 427,000 square-foot industrial park in northern Manatee County. The Palmetto Industrial Park will feature three Class A rear load buildings on 38.2 acres of land in Palmetto. Buildings 1 and 2 will be 160,00 square feet and will have 50 trailer parking spaces and 127 parking spaces for cars. Building three will offer 127,000 square feet, 27 trailer parking spaces and 84 parking spaces for cars.
