Developer Files FAA Permits for 3 Tower Cranes in Miami
Miami-based developer Crescent Heights has filed permits with the Federal Aviation Administration for three tower cranes at the site of the planned Nema Miami, a 39-story mixed-use project located at 2900 Biscayne Boulevard.
Planning is underway for a residence that is intended to reflect the functional abundance of its location by bringing together the best of Miami’s art and culture, hospitality, retail, and tech-powered convenience. The upcoming 39-story project will feature 588 luxury apartments.
