Developer Kettler Acquires Land in St. Petersburg’s Edge District for $20.8 Million
Washington D.C.-based developer Kettler has acquired 1.06 acres of land in the Edge District of downtown St. Petersburg. Kettler, which is involved with the Gas Worx Project in Tampa, paid $20.8 million for the parcels located between 11th and 13th Street along First Avenue North. According to Pinellas County records, Kettler took out at $13.225 million with Valley National Bank. The developer has not revealed its plans for the property.
