Developer Lands $24.5M Loan for Wakefield Residential Project
has just obtained a $24.5 million loan for a 5-story, residential project, going up at 4178 Carpenter Avenue in the Wakefield neighborhood of the Bronx. Issued by Valley Bank, this influx of capital will be used to fund all construction costs from start to finish.
Designed by , the new building is set to contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
is also overseeing construction in-house, using the name, BE Bronx Builders, LLC. The structure will ultimately stand feet tall and total square feet. At this time, it's not yet clear when work is expected to complete.
