Developer Lands $25M Loan for NJ Warehouse Project

Developer, , has just obtained a $25 million loan for a Class-A industrial building, soon to rise at 602 New Market Avenue in South Plainfield, New Jersey. Issued by Simmons Bank, this influx of capital will be used to fund all construction costs from the ground up.

To be known as "Bridge Point South Plainfield", the 2-story structure will be used as a warehousing and distribution facility and is set to total square feet.

It will feature 36-foot tall interior ceiling clearances, 40 loading dock doors, 70 trailer parking stalls, employee parking for up to  vehicles, and  square feet of office space. The building will sit on over 20 acres of land, which is currently overgrown, but unimproved.
