Developer Obtains $35.5M Loan for Miami Beach Condo
Brooklyn, New York-based BCC West 42nd Street LLC, a firm managed by the Boymelgreen family, has increased its $7.5M mortgage to $35.5M, which could indicate that they are ready to begin construction soon on 42 Pine located at 340 W 42nd Street in Miami Beach. Boymelgreen launched sales on 42 Pine in April.
42 Pine is planned to rise eight stories and include 50 residential units. Units would range from 700 to 2,700 square feet and include private terraces. One differentiator of the project is that all kitchens will include kosher-ready kitchens, in hopes to attract religious Jewish buyers. Amenities at 42 Pine would include a pool deck, a spa, a yoga and meditation lawn, a fitness center, a media lounge, a club room and a children’s playroom.
