Developer Obtains $36.24M for Fort Greene Condo Project

Developer, , has just landed a $36.24 million loan for an 8-story, mixed-use project, set to rise at 134 Vanderbilt Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Issued by Bank Hapoalim, this influx of capital will be used to fund all construction costs from start to finish.

The building will contain residential condo units, as well as square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.

Designed by SO-IL, with Kane Architecture listed as the architect of record, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet.

The property used to be occupied by a gas station with an auto mechanics garage. These have been demolished in order to make way for the new development. General contractor, , is leading construction efforts and work is expected to finish by 2024. Unit sales will be handled by Douglas Elliman.
