Developer Planning Nearly 30 Condos Plus Renovations to Doyle's in JP
At a community meeting held earlier in the week, WaterMark Development presented preliminary plans for the redevelopment of 3484 Washington Street in JP, current home to Doyle's. Plans call for the Doyle's building to renovated and a rooftop deck added while 3 new condo buildings would be constructed on neighboring parcels. Next door on Washington Street an existing house would be replaced with a mixed-use building to include a small neighborhood market topped by 16 condos. Another 7 units would be constructed on part of the rear parking lot plus six more condos would be added across Williams Street.
