Developer Proposes 324 Units in Hollywood
Recent demolition of an office building and night club at 2001 Hollywood Boulevard is paving the way for the development of Soleste Hollywood Boulevard. The 8-story building will include 324 apartments, 30,000 square feet of commercial space and a parking lot of over 450 spots. Apartments will range from studio to three-bedrooms.
The joint-venture, led by developers Icon Office Building LLC/Firm Realty and the Estate Companies was designed by Modis Architects LLC. The project is expected to take between 12-24 months to complete, and will cost more than $80,000,000.
