Developer Reveals New Renderings for 61-Story Tower
Gazit Horizons has filed an application for final Administrative Site Plan Review (ASPR) for Brickell Gateway, a 61-story tower at 90 Southwest 8th Street in Brickell.
Brickell Gateway Tower is planned to rise 747 feet, including 504 residential units, 18,287 square feet of retail, and 348 parking spaces.
