Developer Secures $19M for Riverdale Mixed-Use Project
Developer, , has just obtained a $19 million construction loan from lender, BHI, for a 5-story, mixed-use project, going up at 3893 Waldo Avenue (aka 45 Dash Place) in the Riverdale neighborhood of the Bronx.
Built on the side of a hill, the top 4 floors are to contain rental apartments, which will be accessible via Dash Street. Plans for this part of the building also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Down below on Waldo Avenue, the structure will have 3 sub-surface levels, which are to contain educational facility space. This will likely be used by Manhattan College, which sits just across the street. The educational space will total roughly 14,000 square feet.

Construction is being carried out by general contractor, , and is already underway. Work is expected to complete in 2023.
