Developer Seeks to Split Up Site as Two Tower Development Heads to Plan Commission
Updated plans for the two phase, two tower, 667 residential unit development at 170 N. May and 175 N. Racine, as well as a revision for 210 N. Racine, a lot located on the site of the development, will head to the Plan Commission this month. The developer is seeking to split 210 N. Racine from the original project and keep its original approval for a 222 foot, 179 unit residential building building intact for that location. The split would separate 210 N. Racine as its own proposed development.
