Developer Selected for 300K+ SF Lab Project in Seaport
has been designated as developer for 22 Drydock Avenue, now under official review in the Seaport. Plans call for a 7-story, twin-building development featuring SF of lab space up from the 3rd floor and a ground-floor mixed-used conference and event space. Gloucester Marine Genomics Institute would tenant the ground floor and the project would fund the construction of a neighborhood fire department.
