Developer Submits Plans for 47-story Residential Tower in Ft. Lauderdale
Bachow Family OZ Fund, an affiliate of Bachow Ventures, has submitted plans for a 47-story residential tower, dubbed "11 Andrews", at 11 North Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. The project would include a hidden parking garage on levels 2 through 9, a feature that has been popular amongst developers and residents alike in South Florida recently.
11 Andrews is planned to rise 47 stories and include 425 residential units, 7,400 square feet of commercial space, and a fully enclosed parking garage with 425 spaces.
