Developer to Begin Construction on 77 Affordable Units in Beverly
Harborlight Community Partners began construction on 77 units in Beverly after receiving funds from the Affordable Rental Housing Awards. The project calls for 77 affordable units to be constructed in two residential buildings at 108 Sohier Rd in Beverly.
The development will provide high quality housing for families earning at or below 60% of the area median income. 20% of the units - 15 apartments - will be set aside for families coming out of homelessness.
Development plans also call for a community building that will be open to the public.
