Developer Withdraws Plans for Mixed-Use Project on Beale St in Quincy
Developer Bayfort Holdings has withdrawn their proposal for a mixed-use project at 21-21 Beale Street in Quincy. Plans had called for 75 apartments plus four ground-floor retail spaces, including one that could house a brewery, a taproom, and a restaurant. The project site is now being sold and new owners intend to file updated plans with the city.
