Developers Announce Plans For 310 Apartment Unit Building
Plans were recently submitted by developers to build a 12-story mixed-use building at 2000 N Miami Avenue that will offer retail and residential space. The building will feature 310 residential units and 9,909 square feet of commercial space with over 300 parking spots.
Miami's Urban Development Review Board will meet to discuss this project on March 15th.
