Developers Announce Plans For Second Flagler Village Project
Midtown Capital Partners and Prospect Real Estate Group have announced that they plan for yet another project in Fort Lauderdale's Flagler Village. Located at 4 NW Seventh Street, developers plan to build a 12-story structure that will bring 173 rental units to the neighborhood along with retail and amenity space. They recently acquired the 1.3-acre site for $9.4 million. Construction is scheduled to break ground in 2023 and finish by 2024. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
