Developers Apply for Construction Permit at Vacant Site of 450-Unit "The Crosby"
Developers Related Group and Merrimac Ventures have formally applied for a permit to begin construction on The Crosby Miami Worldcenter at 601 North Miami Avenue. Recent photos from the BLDUP Content Team show the site to be a vacant parking lot with no equipment.
The Crosby Miami Worldcenter will rise 33 stories and include 450 condo units. There will also be 3,370 square feet of retail space.
