Brickell Gateway Tower Update 03/31/23

Developers File Permits with FAA for 61-Story Mixed-Use Tower, Brickell Gateway

In June 2022 developers filed original site plans for Brickell Gateway to rise 705 feet above the ground at 48 stories high, then at 54 stories at 643 feet tall, other replications then suggested 59 levels and 699 feet high.

Now 9 months later, developers have filed permits with the Federal Aviation Administration for the building to rise 761 feet above ground at 61 stories high which will make the structure one of the tallest in Miami's Brickell neighborhood.

Brickell Gateway is set to be located on a 0.49 acre site at 90 Southwest 8th Street, Miami, Fl. The site was once home to a commercial building in 2021 that was demolished by crews in April 2022 for the upcoming project. The site is now prepped and ready to break ground. The work schedule for construction on the permit shows for 01/01/2024-01/01/2027.

Brickell Gateway will feature 504 residential units that will range from one to three-bedroom options, 18,287 square feet of retail space, and 348 parking spaces.
