Developers File Permits With FAA For A 78-Story Mixed-Use Project
According to recent records building permits have been filed with the Federal Aviation Administration for a proposed 78-story, 954 feet tall mixed-use project called 18 or 18 at 8th. The project has resurfaced again after its first plans were filed in 2017. The 34,166-square-foot subject property is located at 10 Southwest 8th Street and 16 Southwest 8th Street in Miami, FL.
Project 18 will feature 923,000 square feet of space, including 392 residential units, 66,618 square feet of retail, and 464 parking spaces already approved by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board. An existing Burger King and other retail outlets will need to be demolished.
