Developers File Plans With New Renderings For 76-Story Mixed-Use Skyscraper, Ora By Casa Tua
Plans have been filed with city officials along with new renderings revealed for a 76-story mixed-use skyscraper project at 1210 Brickell Avenue in Miami, FL. Ora By Casa Tua will feature 540 residential units, 53,841 square feet of office space, 24,260 square feet of commercial space and over 900 parking spaces as well as bike spaces. The structure is proposed to rise 930 feet high. The site currently houses a 20-story office building which will remain but a 7-story parking garage on the site will need to be demolished. If approved, the structure will be just shy of super tall status which usually rings in at 984 feet high.
