Developers Obtain $67M Construction Loan for Industrial Project in Miami-Dade
Greystar and Butters Construction & Development have obtained a $67 million dollar construction loan to build Miami Midway Park, an industrial complex just north of Hialeah.
Miami Midway Park is an approved 509,000 square-foot industrial complex comprised of four buildings with 32-foot clearance each.
