Developers Obtain $87M for Two Office Projects in West Palm Beach
Acore Capital has provided developers Brand Atlantic Real Estate Partners and Wheelock Street Capital with an $87 million construction loan for their two projects 300 Banyan Boulevard and 111 Olive. 111 Olive is expected to be complete by the end of 2022 and 300 Banyan is expected in early 2024.
111 Olive is a mixed-use project with plans for 27,000 square feet of boutique office space, and 15,000 square feet of food and beverage retail space.
300 Banyan Boulevard is an office building in downtown West Palm Beach that will rise 12 stories and include 100,000 square feet of class A office space and 300 parking spaces. There will also be a fitness center, an open-air lounge with reflective pools, and a ground-floor restaurant with outdoor dining.
