Developers Planning 450 Unit Mixed-Use Tower in Bethesda
Bethesda Land LLC and Bethmont LLC will host a community meeting later this month to reveal details about a planned mixed-use project at 7820 Wisconsin Avenue. The 455,000 square foot building is expected to include around 450 apartments plus 14,750 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The project would replace an existing 7-Eleven and EagleBank branch currently on the site.
