Developers Planning Mixed-Use Building in Fort Lauderdale Beach
Merrimac Ventures has plans for Bungalow East, a 14-story mixed-use development in Fort Lauderdale that will offer 34 residences along with ground level retail space. The three- and four-bedroom residences will range from 2,100 to 2,800 square feet along with two 4,000-square foot penthouses that will include private rooftop decks. Community amenities will include a pool deck, fitness center, massage rooms, beauty salon, rooftop lounge, yoga lawn, entertainment and gaming lounge, conference center, and pet amenities. In addition, residents will have membership benefits at Fort Lauderdale Yacht Club. The location a short distance from the ocean and intracoastal waterway, is convenient to shopping and dining venues. Construction is expected to begin in 2025 with an 18-month construction timeline.
