Developers Receive $243M Loan To Finish Construction On One Flagler
Related Companies broke ground on One Flagler in November 2021 and they have now received the remaining loan to finish the structure. Located at 142 Lake View Ave the project will rise 25 stories high, totaling 270,000 square feet. The luxury development, scheduled for completion in 2024, is now 60 percent preleased, and developers anticipate it to be 75 percent leased by the end of the year. The financing was funded by MSD Partners and arranged by Eastdil Secured with One Flagler being one of the largest construction loans for a South Florida development this year.
