Developers Release Updated Plans For The Gallery at FATVillage
The Gallery at FatVillage will now rise 16 stories instead of 12 with an extension of the podium from 6 stories to 7 stories. Originally the structure offered 195 residential units but now will have 263 units, as well as 47 additional. The proposed mixed-use project will also include 2,394 square feet of retail space, over 250 parking spaces and 25,627 square feet of open space.
Construction is scheduled to start later on this year with completion scheduled for Q4 of 2024.
