Developers Revise Plans for Mixed-Use Tower in Downtown Tampa
Developers TLR Group have released revisions to the plans for TLR Tower, a mixed-use development that will rise in downtown Tampa at 601 North Ashley. The revised plans for the 43-story tower (which was originally 48 stories) include 600 apartments, a 25% increase from the original 480, 46,000 square feet of office space, a 32.35% decrease from the original 68,000 square feet and 11,000 square feet of retail space. TLR Group has not established a construction timeline.
