Developers Secure $103 Million Construction Loan for North Miami Property
Developer Omega Real Estate Management Group has obtained a $103 million construction loan for The Garden Residences is a 358-unit apartment community, along with ground-floor retail, in North Miami. The funding was provided by Affinius Capital in partnership with Corebridge Financial. The community features a mix of market rate and affordable housing, ten percent of the units will be set aside for families earning at or below 80 percent of the area median income. The studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences will range from 511 to 1,447 square feet. Community amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, resident lounge and parking garage. The property is located near attractions such as Florida International University’s Biscayne Bay Campus, Gulfstream Park and Aventura Mall along with shopping, dining venues and parks. The Gardens Residences is the first phase of the planned The Gardens District, a live-work-play community spread over seven contiguous acres.
