Developers Secure $42.95 Million Construction Loan for Clearwater Beach Condo Hotel

Developer ARC Realty Group has secured $42.95 million in construction financing for CW Resort & Marina, a new condo hotel in Clearwater. The loan was provided by Apex Group Loan Services New York, LLC according to Pinellas County records. The eight-story luxury condo hotel in Clearwater Beach will offer 91 residences, including 11 penthouses. Condominium owners will have the opportunity to live in the property or utilize it as a rental property. The units will come fully furnished. In addition, the resort’s marina will offer 45 boat slips, 37 of which will be available for sale. Community amenities will include a heated pool with a hot tub, private cabanas, fitness center, restaurant and bar. Residents and guests will have access to boat rentals, jet skis, and charter boats and guest services will include concierge services, valet parking and airport shuttles. The location on the north side of Clearwater Beach, the nation’s top-rated beach, the property is within walking distance of the main pier, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Construction began in October 2024 and completion is expected in March 2026.
