Developers Secure $527 Construction Loan for St. Regis Residences in Miami
Related Group and Integra Investments have obtained $527 million in construction financing. The loan was provided by Tyko Capital, which is backed by Elliott Investment Management. The St. Regis Residences will rise 48 stories, 639 feet, and will contain 152 one to six-bedroom residential units and 391 parking spaces. More than 60% of the condominiums have been sold prior to the start of construction.
