Developers Secure $77M Construction Loan For Elevate Apartments In Dania Beach
Royal Palm Companies received a $76.5 million loan to finish construction on the residential development which is currently under construction. The loan covers 75% of the cost for construction and hopes to finish in the third quarter of 2023. The Elevate Apartments is an 8-story development that brings 293 luxury units, averaging 820 square feet, as well as a parking garage.
