Developers Seek Final Approval, Submit New Renderings for 61-Story Brickell Tower
Developers Gazit Horizons and Atlantic Pacific submitted a request of final approval to Miami-Dade County planners along with new renderings of their project dubbed "Brickell Gateway Tower". The site for the building planned for 90 Southwest 8th Street completed demolition in April.
Brickell Gateway Tower is planned to rise 747 feet, including 504 residential units, 18,287 square feet of retail, and 348 parking spaces.
