Developers Submit Permits to FAA for Olara Residences in West Palm Beach, Fl
The developers planning the Olara Residences project at 1919 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, Fl have recently filed permits with the Federal Aviation Administration for the two towers to rise 329 feet tall.
The two, 26-story structures will be built on a 1.82-acre site and will feature 210 residential condo units, a 30,000-square-foot grocery store and a restaurant and will offer 80,000 square feet of amenities. Amenities will include two pool decks, an open-air yoga deck, a fitness center, a Pilates studio, a spa with a Japanese-style Onsen, sauna and steam rooms, and a library.
