Development at CSX East Nears Completion
CSX East nears completion as windows and facade are in and interior work continues. The project consists of 3 towers over a shared garage.
The property was purchased by Greystar and J.P. Morgan from CSX Transportation in July 2019 for $67.5M.
Pre-leasing began in September of last year at Illume with first units expected to be available this fall. In total, the project will feature over 750 apartments, a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom homes designed with the best in modern comfort and style throughout.
