Development Begins on 60-Unit Roxbury Project
A building permit valued at $189,000,000. has been issued to Bartlett Station Lot D, kicking off development of the project. Plans call for 60 new units in Building A, the first phase of the 5-phase project. In March, a $20M excavation permit was issued to NEI General Contracting to kick off the development of the project.
