Development Making Progress at Kendall East
Various stages of development are making progress at the Kendall East worksite, including exterior finishing and installation of concrete cores. Plumbing has wrapped up on First Street as masonry work continues and electrical cable rough-in extending from floors 3, 4, and 5.
The 208,848 square foot mixed-use development under construction in East Cambridge will include 136 residences.
