Development Plans Altered for Riverside Station, to Include Life Science Space
Mark Development has eliminated the hotel portion of the planned Riverside Station development with Life Science space. The developer has announced it will seek approval for the changes from Newton City Council after the council approved the first design in November. The changes in design are expected to reduce life science worker commutes by providing lab space along the Riverside MBTA Commuter Rail stop.
