Development Team Celebrates Ribbon Cutting at Union & Knox
Last month, Greystar, Terrapin Development Company, WDG, & John Moriarty & Associates celebrated the formal opening and ribbon-cutting of Union on Knox, College Park's newest mixed-use student housing complex. Union on Knox has 341 units and 788 beds with opulent facilities, a massive grand staircase, and 24,000 square feet of retail space with 331 parking spaces. The building is operating at 92% leased for its first year.
