Development Team Selected for St. Elizabeths Parcels
DC's Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development office has selected the St. Elizabeths Legacy Partners team to redevelop Parcels 7, 8, and 9 on the St. Elizabeths campus. St. Elizabeths Legacy Partners (SELP) is composed of 13 Black, Brown, and Women-owned local businesses with the experience to deliver on large-scale development initiatives. The proposal calls for a new roughly 210K SF office building for the District’s Department of Behavioral Health, 277 affordable residences, 18 townhomes, 30,000 square feet of retail, and 90,000 square feet of community space.
