Development Team Submits Plans for Additional Units at Bloom Montgomery Village
The development team behind the residential project on the former Montgomery Village Golf Course site has filed documents to increase the number of units from 494 to a maximum of 514 within the project. Per the filing, in an effort to be more responsive to the market, the applicant proposes converting 20 of the proposed townhouses in the project from 20 foot wide townhouse units to 16-foot wide townhouse units. As a result of this revision that reduces the overall building area, the project is able to accommodate 20 more units.
