Dorchester Mixed-Use Development Secures Financing
ARX Urban has secured $9.36 million in financing for their development at 233 Hancock Street in Dorchester, MA.
The approved mixed-use development will feature 36 rental apartment residences, 720 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 400-square-foot ground-floor gallery housing community artwork. Residences will include 12 studios, 12 one-bedrooms, eight two-bedrooms, and four three-bedrooms, with amenities including a common roof deck. 21 residences at 233 Hancock Street will be designated affordable to households earning between 60% and 100% of area median income (AMI).
