50-52 Broad Street Update 12/17/21

Downtown Boston Office Acquired for $5.6 Million

50-60 Broad Street has been sold by 50 Broad, LLC to for $5,600,000 in a transaction brokered by Newmark. A 4-story merchant/commercial building constructed in 1853, 50-52 Broad Street features nearly 10,000 SF of office floorspace in Downtown Boston's Financial District.

“We congratulate all parties involved in this successful transaction, which achieved record pricing,” said Newmark associate Casey Valente.

By virtue of its positioning at the corner of Broad and Milk Streets in the heart of Downtown Boston, 50-52 Broad Street is situated just steps from four MBTA subway stations, the city’s South Station transit hub and the MBTA commuter ferry at Rowes Wharf.
